Due to our current COVID 19 Social Distancing, as of today, April 10, our entire staff has agreed not to schedule any new in-home chimney or fireplace services calls.
This self-imposed action is to protect the health and safety of our customers, many of whom are elderly and at a higher risk, as well as to protect our employees and their families.
We have been in business for over 39 years and I can assure you we are not going anywhere. Our plan is to temporarily pause our business as requested by our State and Federal guidelines. We hope that this will be only 10-15 business days.
Our backlog of contracted outside repair work is normal for this spring-time of the year. Our plans are only to finish up a few select outside masonry repairs, as needed.
As a team, we sincerely apologize for this temporary inconvenience. We sincerely feel this is the safest decision to be taken to protect our families and yours.
