Let me take a moment and answer the question I get asked so often "how did you ever get into this business". I was just looking for a way to support my wife and three small children age 4, 2, and 1. I never thought we would reach this level in business. To save money on fuel cost after buying a wood stove insert in the early 80's I decide that I would start a part time chimney cleaning service.  That was over 28 years and more than 75,000 service call ago.

With the help and leadership on my son David we now operate 8 service trucks.  We primarily service the Greater Cincinnati /Northern KY. We are often asked to service Dayton and Lexington for our Apartment Managers and Insurance clients and are happy to do so.

We offer fireplace cleaning, sales and installation of woodstove, interior fireplace repairs on fireboxes and dampers.  Currently we have full time mason crews available to do brick repairs. We can do very small repairs or the total rebuilding of a chimney after a chimney fire or a lightning strike.

As a small business owner, it's imperative that the work performed from my company is completed clean, neatly, efficiently for our customers.  For us to be in business this long we know that our work must be cost effective for both us as a service provider as well as our many repeat customers. We strive to complete a great job and your satisfaction in extremely important to me personally. We know that your home is your sanctuary and I demand that our service men always respect our customers and their homes. Our customer's referrals about our service are what has driven our business for two generations and almost three decades. I assure you that all of our office staff and servicemen undergo constant training on OSHA safety requirements, customer service, and the necessary technical training that our fire safety and energy industries demands. With today's technology and the internet we expect our customers to shop for service and value.  We are well aware that you as a customer have many choices as to who you invite into our home, and we want to be that service company.
